Full weekend rate includes site admission, food, lodging, all classes, and performances.  $230/person age 18 and up before Aug. 1, 2009.  After Aug. 1 price is $250/person age 18 and up.

Full weekend rate for ages 6-17 $125 before Aug. 1.  and $145 after Aug. 1.   Children 5 and under free!

Prices if not paying full weekend rate:  $5 daily admission.  Lodging one night $35.  Meals: $7 Breakfast; $9 Lunch; $12 Dinner; $12 Brunch (Sunday).  Friday Keshvar Project Performance $15.  Sat. West African Performance $15.   Note: Children 12 and up $5 for Fri. and Sat. performances.  Under 12 free.

1:30pm- West African Drum Class                AND       Kids Class with Samba

3:30pm- West African Dance Class (Guinea) AND       Kids Scavenger Hunt

5:30pm-Belly Dance Class                            AND       Kids Crafts/Water Balloons

6:30pm- Supper

7:30pm-West African Drum Class                AND        Kids Electronic Dance Class with Corby

9pm- West African Drum and Dance Performance

Please check if you will be eating so we can prepare enough food.  There will be an African entrée at each meal along with food that you will recognize.

Meals for kids under 12 are ½ price. 

Friday evening there will be no food service.  We may cook over the fire. Please bring snacks so you won’t go hungry.  NO ALCOHOL permitted on grounds.

If staying overnight in your own tent or non electric RV price is $15 per site/night. $____

If staying in one of the dorm rooms or cabins on site price is $35/person 18 and up/night. $35___     Ages 6-17 pay $25 per night. $25___       5 and under free!

BRING YOUR OWN BED AND BATH LINENS. NONE ARE PROVIDED.

We won’t assign dorm rooms.  Families can stay together in dorms or cabins.

NO PETS allowed.
